ELYSSA’S MISSION FINISHES STRONG AT ARLINGTON FUNDRAISER
A special thanks to all who attended the 5th annual Elyssa’s Mission Fundraiser at Arlington Race track and to those that contributed generously that were unable to attend.
Joanne Meyers spoke from the heart as she explained to the attendees how their donations support teens. EM is the only resource in Illinois to fund, distribute and implement the SOS Signs of Suicide® program. Her speech was followed by an emotional video called “Friends For Life,” which was produced by Screening for Mental Health, the authors of the SOS® program. The video will be distributed around the country to those who implement the SOS® program. It features Alan and Joanne Meyers.

It is the hope of EM that those who were not able to attend will be able to come next year and enjoy A Day At The Races. For those who would still like to contribute, please visit click on the link to make a donation. We surpassed last year’s total and raised nearly $45,000.
